These Terms apply to www.gasarabian.com and any GAS online portals or web apps linked to it (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

1) Information only (no offer)

Website content is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, quotation, or professional advice. Any products/services are provided only under a separate written agreement, RFQ/quotation, purchase order, or contract.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages;
• Impersonate GAS or misrepresent your relationship with GAS;
• Request money, deposits, confidential data, or personal information through fraudulent means;
• Publish unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content;
• Introduce malware, attempt attacks, scrape, or disrupt the Website;
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or databases;
• Create links that suggest GAS endorses you or your services without written permission.

We may block access without prior notice if we reasonably believe the Website is being misused.

3) Supplier/client portals and submissions

If you use a login area or submit information (e.g., supplier onboarding, RFQs, job applications, contact forms):

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect misuse;
• You must not upload or share information you are not authorized to share.

4) Client and supplier references (no endorsement)

Any client, customer, supplier, or partner names/logos shown on the Website (e.g., Saudi Aramco, SABIC, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification/reference only. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated in writing.

5) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all Website content (text, visuals, logos, design, layout, downloads) is owned by or licensed to GAS. You may view and print for personal/internal business use only. Any other use (copying, publishing, modifying, distributing) requires prior written permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. GAS does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for it.

7) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
